Hey !
I am yogita kamboj ,here to aware you about health and fitness
So basically in this new era , people tend to forget about their physical fitness and about  70 to 75 percent people work in front of gadgets like phone ,computers and laptops which indirectly  or directly effects not only physical health but mental health also .


Why we need healthy and fit body ?

We need a healthy body bcz a healthy body leads to emotional ,mental, physical and spritual wellness . One can only be happy if his body is well .
I have also experienced   about unhealthy body 
I was over weighted and really tried every thing to make my body fit for eg I have done gyming,  dieting .........
BUT NOTHING HAPPENED 



BUT IAM HAVING A GREAT WAY TO TRANSFER YOUR BODY 
OR

HOW I CHANGED MY BODY

Walking 
Start your day with walk 
Firstly the air is good for health as its non polluted  
Secondly it makes our heart healthy 
Make immune system strong 
Make u emotional health good 

Meditation
 
Do meditation . 
It's very good for immune system 
Its good for dealing with stress
It's good for anger stability
It's good for adopting postive vibes


Excersice and yoga
Do exercise or yoga 
Yoga its self means to bond you body with God 
Yoga and exercise help to prevent disease,improve immune system and many more

Nutrition diet 
It's important to have well balance diet . Have sprouts or juices or something  healthy . Avoid junk food .AND AVOID DRUGS AND ALCOHOL 

These are steps to change life and make ur body fit
